To give every international student on the campus the opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel, and to disciple them in their faith to prepare the for future ministry.
Reports to:
Campus Director, City/Area/County Director, Team Leader, or Regional Field Director in the absence of local leadership.

Educational/Experience Qualifications
- One year of college or equivalent experience in higher educational environment

Responsibilities
- Develop a campus ministry strategic plan with the Campus Director or supervisor and implement it.
- Attract and build relationships with international students for the purpose of sharing the Gospel with them.
- Develop student leaders, disciple believing international students, preparing them for ministry in their homeland.
- Incorporate volunteers into ministry and coordinate with City Mobilizer to develop partnerships with churches and pastors.
- Assist in the training of Friendship Partners and in the development of volunteer leadership within churches.
- Develop and maintain relationship with university faculty and staff.
- Establish and maintain campus ministry and returnee information reporting systems.

Even though a Ministry Representative is a "volunteer," you do have the option of raising funds for ministry projects and work very closely with ISI staff. This is a very high level volunteer position. Because of that, you'll be following a similar application process as a typical ISI Field Staff member. |
